**Job Title:** Pharmaceutical Transport Coordinator

The position requires handling transport bookings, pickups, drop-offs, and dispatch for drivers and their medicine and pharmaceutical deliveries. You will be using computers daily for bookings, emails, and calls, as well as preparing small empty containers which the drivers collect.
* Booking pickups and drop-offs of pharma for drivers
* Coordinating transport of medicine to be delivered
* Logging onto the CRM and checking booking requests
* Computer use daily for bookings, emails, phone
* Preparing small empty container boxes for drivers
* Cross-checking all documents and notes
* Liaising with the dispatch team for route and journey
* Allocating jobs and bookings to the courier team
* Handling bookings for local courier, national & international
* General administration and computer system work updating records

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have involvement in transport admin, dispatch, fleet control, bookings, warehousing, and organizational parts of transport where things are leaving depot/warehouse or related settings.
Experience in pathology booking drivers and/or specimen collections, or medicine transport allocating, booking couriers, or organizing routing is strongly considered.
