Salary Classification - RN/M2C - Clinical Nurse/Midwife LV2 - $87,416.00 to $110,497.00 + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits Full Time/part-time – Term Contract (Temporary for 12 months) About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the 3D Health team as Clinical Nurse/Midwife - Encompass, where you will be responsible for: Providing advanced, person-centred nursing care and case management for clients with complex health and disability needs across a variety of community settings.
Training and assessing unlicensed healthcare workers (ULHCWs) to safely deliver delegated health care in education, childcare, and respite environments.
Monitoring and reviewing individual health plans, ensuring optimal care outcomes through evidence-based interventions and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Providing leadership, guidance, and education to nurses and colleagues statewide involved in the Encompass program, fostering professional growth and continuity of care.
Participating in clinical research, change management initiatives, and contribute to the development of protocols and service delivery improvements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have: Registered Nurse/Midwife with current (or eligible) registration and practising certificate with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Minimum 3 years' post-registration experience with proven competence in relevant clinical nursing or midwifery practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with skills in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities independently, meeting deadlines while working under minimal supervision.
Sound knowledge of healthcare standards, legislation, ethics, and contemporary nursing and quality improvement practices.
