The Educational Leader Position (The Mentor)
This is a senior leadership position for someone who loves to coach and mentor best practice.
* The Pay: $39.85 - $68.53 (Base) + $2.68 per hour Leadership Allowance + Super + Benefits.
* The Role: You are the heartbeat of our clients pedagogy. You'll collaborate with educators to observe, review, and continuously "uplift" our programs.
* The Leadership: You'll work closely with the Centre Leadership Team to drive transformative change and strengthen the team's understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
* Hours: Full-time (38 hours per week).
Qualifications:
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (ACECQA recognised certificate) OR Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education).
* First Aid, Asthma and anaphylaxis certificate, CPR, Do Food Safety & Mandatory Reporting certificate.
* Working With Children's Check (WWCC)
Early Childhood Teacher Position - (Kindy Room)
Bring your creativity to life and craft a curriculum that truly resonates!
* The Pay: $45.45 - $68.53 (Base) + Super + Benefits.
* The Role: Use your knowledge and creativity to shape pedagogy and practice in your classroom. You'll craft a curriculum that responds to children's needs, interests, and big ideas.
* Full Time Permanent Position: 38 hour week (Monday - Friday)

Qualifications:
* You hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or higher ACECQA equivalent).
* Victorian Institute of Teaching registration (VIT).
* First Aid, Asthma and anaphylaxis certificate, CPR, Do Food Safety & Mandatory Reporting certificate.
* Working With Children's Check (WWCC)
