Key Responsibilities

* Collate and deliver pre-event estimates, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
* Support Marketing and Communications team with promotional opportunities to drive ticket sales.
* Problem-solve client issues efficiently and professionally throughout the event lifecycle.
* Conduct post-event debriefs and gather insights for continuous improvement.
* Maintain thorough knowledge of Melbourne Park systems, including Momentus, ensuring accurate scheduling and documentation.
* Analyse client and event feedback to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.

ABOUT YOU

You are a proactive and client-focused relationship manager who thrives in fast-paced environments with competing priorities. You are confident managing contracting processes, communicating clearly with a wide range of stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth handover to event delivery teams. You bring a customer-first mindset, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.

You have

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
* Strong initiative, interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
* Proven problem-solving capability and a customer-centric mindset.
* Experience working in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
* Experience in relationship management, account management or similar client-facing roles.
* Demonstrated experience managing contracts throughout their full lifecycle.
* Technical capability in CRM systems and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with online booking systems such as Momentus is highly regarded.
* Tertiary qualification in business, event management or project management and evidence of ongoing professional development.

Advantageous but not essential:

* Experience in large-scale events, venue operations or commercial contracting environments.
