The Role
We are currently seeking
Revit capable Architects to lead projects in various sectors,
as well as
Senior Architectural Technicians
to join our studio in Darwin City. We encourage you to apply and anticipate you having the following skills, experience and character traits:
Project Architect
* Advanced Revit skills essential
* Min 7 years' total experience
* Min 5 years' local experience
* Knowledge of NCC/Aus Standards essential
* Consultant and project co-ordination skills essential
* Client management skills an advantage
* Experience leading a design team
Senior Architectural Technician
* Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role
* Solid Revit
& technical knowledge
* Local experience is essential with well-developed understanding of BCA, local government regulations & Australian Standards
* Ability to review and self-check work for accuracy
* Ability to work both independently and in a team
* Strong time management skills with ability to plan, organize and prioritise own workload as well as a small team
