**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will win new and competitor welding products business within the greater Brisbane region
- Further you shall identify and quickly close out small wins, whilst managing longer, higher value and complex sales cycles effectively
- Also you will also manage your opportunity pipeline to ensure the business is achieving KPI's and targets
- Additionally you will identify new business initiatives and develop sales strategies that deliver an excellent client journey
- You will work alongside your colleagues on site and the wider SPW business to increase the impact of our overall strategy
**What makes you great**
- You must demonstrable business development experience with the have the ability to self-manage, schedule effectively, and maintain and manage customers
- In this role you will work collaboratively and process strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Moreover you have a result driven mindset with an understanding of price and margin management
- Your skills include resilience, ability to challenge the status quo and recognize opportunities which deliver value
- You have acquired local knowledge (preferable)
