About the role
We are seeking a talented Customer Care Consultant to join our dynamic team at Flick Anticimex, based in Kawana, Rockhampton. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
* Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer inquiries and complaints with empathy, patience, and a solutions-oriented approach
* Accurately documenting all customer interactions and updating customer records in our systems
* Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant products and services to customers
* Providing feedback and recommendations to improve customer service processes and procedures
* Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the service or retail industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions
* Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
* A positive and energetic attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
