Employment Type: Permanent Part Time. Position Classification: Occupational Therapist Level 1/2, Social Worker Level 1/2, Psychologist, Registered Nurse. Remuneration: $37.48 - $59.69 per hour, plus superannuation. Hours per Week: 20. Location: Kogarah, Sydney.
The service aims to deliver person‐centred care in a supportive, collaborative multidisciplinary environment, with a focus on recovery‐oriented practice and professional development.

Role requirements
* Social Worker or Occupational Therapist qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award, current full registration with AHPRA and/or eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer. Registered Nurse with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Psychologist with a four year degree in psychology and registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA).
* Demonstrated experience in the mental health assessment, treatment and management of persons with a mental illness with skills transferable to a community setting.
* Demonstrated commitment to a consumer focused recovery‐oriented approach and consumer collaboration in care planning.
* Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Demonstrated skills in time management.
* Current driver's licence (or a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
