Job Role: Insurance Credit Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading retailer in Australia as an insurance credit manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing action notifications from the system, collections for the insurance division, and providing backup support for the banking team.
Key qualifications include a minimum of 5 years' experience in a credit controller role, strong commitment to excellence, good organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Manage action notifications from the system (Salesforce/Financial Force) for the Commercial team.
* Collections for the Insurance Division.
* Provide backup support for the Banking team.
* Follow up on unallocated payments/invoices for stakeholders (customers).
* Collaborate with the Insurance Division to resolve claims.
