Key Responsibilities
* Train and educate patients to safely perform haemodialysis within their own home
* Provide remote counselling and in-person support, including cannulation and clinical issue management
* Coordinate care plans and communicate clearly across the MDT
* Promote culturally sensitive, patient-centred engagement and appropriate escalation
* Participate actively in continuous learning and collaborative problem solving
Your Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in haemodialysis nursing with strong critical thinking and care planning skills
* Ability to assess clinical situations and implement safe, effective solutions
* Professional communication skills, with empathy and respect for diverse backgrounds
* A current driver's licence for home visit relief
* Enthusiasm for patient education, team engagement, and innovation in care delivery
Join us in redefining renal nursing—where clinical expertise and personal connection empower patients every step of the way.
