ECCO Ristorante, established in 1994, is an Italian waterfront restaurant in Drummoyne, specialising in a la carte dining and functions. With a reputation as one of Sydney's leading waterfront event venues, Ecco is looking for an experienced Sales & Events executive with previous restaurant/hospitality experience to join our team & drive positive client experiences.
Contract - 2.5 Days with 1 of those days working from home.
(Thursday Half Day, Friday, Monday)

This role will require you to have
. 2+ years experience in a similar role in a high end restaurant/event centre.
· Strong customer service skills
. Host on site meetings with clients looking to book an event.
· Strong history in event sales coordination with a high conversion rate for enquiries.
· Profound knowledge of the events market, including sales, styling, trends and logistics.
· Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
· CRM experience (preferably hubspot/tripleseat) is desirable
· Proactive, can-do attitude
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate end to end event coordination and planning with clients.
· Respond to enquiries and engage clients to drive event sales
· Managing enquiry list and following up all leads.
· Update events systems with confirmed data/details.
· Managing confirmations and tracking payments.
· Provide an exceptional level of customer service
· Proficient in using a CRM
· Completing BEOs & working with the head chef to ensure a streamlined event process.
· Flexibility to assist & work with venue floor managers who are preparing the event
