Your Next Role
We are looking for a trade qualified & experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to keep our mobile plant running safely and reliably.
You will service, repair, and diagnose faults across loaders, excavators, trucks, and other equipment, the machinery that keeps our production moving. Working with a small, supportive team, you will take pride in maintaining well-kept gear and keeping downtime to a minimum.
* Carry out servicing, inspections, and repairs on a variety of mobile plant and heavy vehicles.
* Diagnose faults, order and fit parts, and manage warranty or contractor repairs when needed.
* Record work accurately through Donesafe and keep the workshop clean and organised.
* Work closely with the Workshop Supervisor and fleet team to plan and prioritise maintenance.
* Uphold a strong safety mindset — everyone goes home safe, every day.
About you
* Trade qualification – Heavy Diesel Mechanic or similar.
* Experience maintaining and repairing heavy plant and equipment.
* A current driver’s licence.
* A practical, safety-first mindset and can-do attitude.
* Reliability, initiative, and a genuine interest in quality workmanship.
* Basic computer skills for recording maintenance work (training provided).
