This part time position reports to our People and Culture Manager with most administrative duties being in relation to human resources and payroll, but also includes general office administration tasks such as ordering supplies, assisting with stock related tasks, compliance and more.
Key duties include:
* To support the People and Culture Manager in accurately and efficiently executing payroll functions
* Main point of contact for our time and attendance system (TANDA)
* Responsible for onboarding and offboarding employees
* Accurately and confidentially maintain employee records and general human resources data
* Assist with the recruitment process when required
* Administrative support for goods in and out of the warehouse
* To support stock admin
* To support stock projections
* Ordering office supplies
* Adhoc administration tasks as required
