This organisation is a leading fund administration and share registry specialist. They are a market leading provider of technology-enabled administration solutions, continually developing our offerings to expand with our clients' needs.
**The Role**:
Supporting a driven team within Corporate Markets to provide efficient and effective HR Administration including coordinating HR operational processes and initiatives and being responsible for providing advice on HR-related enquiries.
- Facilitate the employee life cycle, movement, and termination process by preparing and processing new starter, movement, and termination documents; providing onboarding, restructure, and termination support; and creating and maintaining employee files.
- Provide advice and support to a range of stakeholders on contractual, policy, and legislative requirements.
- Assist in accurately entering employment transactions into the HRIS system for payroll processing.
- Ensure data integrity in the HRIS system.
- Organize employee information sessions and/or initiatives such as flu vaccinations, super fund or health fund presentations.
- Provide general HR administrative and project support to the team, and perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the HR Operations Team Leader and/or Head of HR Operations & Advice.
- Manage the Human Resources Helpdesk by responding to HR queries and requests appropriately, forwarding communication to relevant HR operation teams, and following up on tasks.
- Complete monthly HR reporting and follow up on action items (as required) such as pre-employment screening reports and business risk board reporting.
**About you**:
- Have experience in an HR administrative capacity.
- Have a good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Understand Employment Legislation, processes, and systems.
- Have prior experience of Oracle HR System and HR Ticketing Service.
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
- Pay excellent attention to detail, be reliable, well-organized, and able to prioritize workload.
- Possess strong numerical, problem-solving, and analytical skills with high attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Be a self-starter who can work unsupervised.
- Be helpful, approachable, and sensitive to confidentiality issues.
