Your Role & Responsibilities
As our Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting and driving growth by:
* Partnering closely with Territory Managers nationwide to cultivate and grow existing accounts
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across sectors and regions
* Maintaining accurate sales pipelines and forecasts, while delivering strategic insights
* Acting as the linchpin between internal teams and clients to ensure seamless service and exceed client expectations
* Generating growth strategies and helping to refine our national outreach and customer engagement plans
* Ensuring timely and effective follow-ups on leads, proposals, and performance tracking
What We're Looking For
An ideal candidate will have:
* Demonstrated experience balancing roles in account management and new business development
* Proficiency in CRM software to track leads, manage client relationships, and produce actionable reporting
* Strong strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation abilities
* Excellent organisational skills and experience working cross-functionally
