Job Summary
As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will lead a team of Boilermaker/Welders, Mech Fitters, and Trade Assistants in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and managing personnel, resources, and equipment to meet project requirements. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to understand and follow processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 3 years' experience as a trade-based supervisor with maintenance/shutdown background.
* Tanks/Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel experience desirable.
* Good communication skills - both verbal and written.
* Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and the ability to understand and follow processes.
* Proven ability managing multidiscipline work crews, and proven construction experience.
