At Midas, we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis, and repair utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience. Responsibilities The purpose of this position is to enhance the retail sales and profitability of a store through coordinating and scheduling automotive repair service transactions and responding to related customer service issues.
* Develop and present estimates, source parts and sell jobs to customers
* Interpret inspection results (working with Technician) and present results to customers
* Oversee the processes of work order preparation and scheduling
* Respond to customer service concerns and problems
* Act in a store management capacity as needed on day-to-day operational activities
* Enhance the effectiveness of Human Resources and quality of service through providing training to service providers
* Monitors and control facility and asset utilization
* Enforce compliance with environmental and safety regulations and statutes
Qualifications
* Associate Degree or Equivalent
* At least 1-year related experience in the automotive service business
* ASE certifications as required
* Current and valid driver's license
* Supervisory and management skills
* Service diagnosis and technical skills
* Business mathematical aptitude
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Compensation: $70,000.00 per year
