Brothers Leagues Club (Cairns) Ltd is a non-for-profit organisation, incorporating Fuller Sports Club and Stan Williams Park. Our organisation is a leading hospitality and community hub in Far North Queensland, delivering exceptional member experiences through dining, gaming, entertainment, sport, and community initiatives. With multiple venues and a strong football and community presence, the Club is committed to innovation, excellence, and connection. Brothers Leagues Club Cairns is the home of Fratelli's Café & Restaurant, Bistro 26, Shamrock Bar, Q Sports Bar, entertainment & function spaces and a modern Gaming Lounge. The Role
As one of our Cooks you will prepare and cook quality meals for our members and guests, ensuring consistency, safety, and great presentation. Your responsibilities will include:
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard.
* Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately.
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team.
What We Are Looking For:
* Certificate III in Catering Operations (or equivalent).
* 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and food presentation.
* Knowledge of WHS and food safety standards.
* Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
