Job Opportunity:
This is an exciting chance to work as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
* Assist with the month-end close process and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
* Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to support decision-making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial information is aligned with overall business strategy.
* Support the development and maintenance of financial models and systems.
* Assist with ad-hoc projects and special initiatives as required.
Requirements: Qualified accountant with 2+ years' experience in a similar management accounting role, degree in Accounting or Finance, and professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA). Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret financial data. Proficient in financial software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
