1. Work with a commitment to safety and adhere to industry standards
2. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
3. Achieve required units of competency for certificate IV in train driving
4. Maintain compliance with procedures and protocols for safe train operations


Requirements:

5. Availability to work flexible shift hours, including nights and weekends
6. Hold a valid driver's license and provide recent license history
7. Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
8. Communicate effectively both verbally and written
9. Meet the physical demands of the role, requiring good health and fitness
