Position Details:
· Base rate casual per hour from $43.22, plus superannuation and penalty rates
· /7 day and evening shifts with sleepover
· Required to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and Public Holidays
· Drive and support clients safely within the community
· Working across multiple group homes as part of a team
About the Role:
· Provide active support to clients, including activities of daily living, life skills development, and participation in the community
· Maintain professional and culturally sensitive relationships with clients and their families
· Maintain accurate records and good documentation
· Engage in personal wellbeing, training, development and performance management
· Contribute to a positive workplace culture

You will need
· First Aid and CPR certification or eligibility to obtain by commencement.
· ACT Working with Vulnerable People (NDIS activities), or NDIS Worker Screening clearance (NSW), or eligibility to obtain by commencement
· Certificate IV in Mental Health or related field (desirable)
· Current Australian Driver's Licence (essential).
