The Transportation Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and management of transportation services to ensure compliance with safety standards and efficient logistics.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate effectively with schools, parents, and ASTP to understand transport needs, provide guidance on vehicle options, service rates, and responsibilities.
* Address and resolve complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Receive and process transportation requests from ASTP, develop efficient schedules, and coordinate timely pickups and drop-offs for students.
* Maintain accurate records of transportation services provided, including schedules and incidents, and prepare operational reports for the Department of Education.
* Ensure all transport operations comply with occupational health and safety regulations, prioritizing student safety during transport.
