We’re now seeking a Growth and Partnerships Manager (Victoria) to join our Referrer Group and help drive the next stage of our journey by expanding our client base and strengthening strategic partnerships across the personal injury and insurance sectors.
The Role
As MEDirect’s Growth and Partnerships Manager, you’ll:
- Build and deepen partnerships with referrers, law firms, insurers, and employers across Victoria.
- Develop and execute growth strategies that drive new client acquisition and referral activity.
- Lead engagement campaigns and present MEDirect’s value proposition to key industry stakeholders.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring exceptional client experience and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate across MEDirect’s four pillars, including Marketing, Medical Expert, and Platform, to strengthen marketplace performance.
About You
You’re commercially minded, relationship-driven and passionate about helping clients achieve better outcomes. You bring:
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships or client relationship management.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare, insurance or medicolegal sectors (highly regarded).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on trust and results.
- Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Energy, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, technology-led workplace.
