This critical position ensures the efficient delivery of maintenance services, guaranteeing patient, staff, and visitor safety at all times.
* Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining all systems, buildings, and utilities to function as required without causing any hazard or interruption.
* Coordinating contractors' access and overseeing site inductions, permit control, and audits where necessary.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years post-trade experience in complex building maintenance services delivery in hospitals, commercial, or industrial environments.
* Previous experience working in building maintenance with demonstrated proficiency in plans and operating manuals interpretation and use of Building Maintenance systems.
* Sound written and verbal communication skills and trade qualifications (A-grade Electrician or Qualified Plumber) with technical knowledge in building maintenance, preferably in a large Health Care Facility.
