The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly analytical Demand & Supply Planner to join the ANZ Supply Chain team at Sazerac. Reporting to our Sales & Operations Planning Manager, this role leads demand and supply planning across our imported and locally produced portfolio, ensuring strong product availability while balancing inventory investment and supply risk.
A key focus of the role is influencing cross functional decision making through the use of statistical planning tools, Excel modelling and Power BI dashboards that support data-driven decision making. We currently utilize Atlas as our demand planning tool and Business Central as our ERP, with a transition to Oracle planned next year, providing an opportunity to help shape the future planning environment.
As Sazerac continues its sustained growth, this role will have a strong focus on leading new product development and successfully launching products into the market.
What you'll bring
* 5+ years in demand or supply planning (FMCG / beverage preferred)
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers and cross functional partners to align demand, supply and commercial priorities
