Skillinvest is seeking enthusiastic Road Workers for seasonal positions with a reputable bituminous spray seal and line marking company based in Norlane.
Benefits
* Seasonal roles commencing in September 2025
* Base rate of $38.85 p/h + overtime & LAFHA
* PPE supplied & maintained annually
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake road surfacing activities including bituminous spray sealing and line marking
* Operate specialised spray seal/line marking trucks, plant and equipment
* Carry out worksite traffic management
* General labouring tasks
Essential Requirements:
* Heavy Rigid Truck Licence or preferred HC Licence
* Current Traffic Management Certificate (TC1/2 & TMI1/2 at minimum)
* Construction Induction White Card
* Able to work away from home regularly Mon-Fri
Successful candidates will be required to undergo mandatory pre-employment checks including a medical assessment, hearing test, drug and alcohol screening, police check and driver history check.
