Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our operations team in Sydney or Melbourne office. This role involves providing exceptional customer service on behalf of our client, handling inbound and outbound calls, and managing length of calls. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating reports, and working closely with the team to ensure synergy and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries via telephone and email
* Manage length of calls
* Maintain a basic understanding of insurance and related legislation
* Promote good listening skills
* Provide customers with needed information and support
* Update reports based on predefined templates
* Work closely with Team Leader and Seniors to ensure synergy and customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High School Certificate or equivalent
* Exceptional Customer Service skills
* Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
