My Client is looking for an experienced Project Manager who has a strong background delivering Tier 1 projects. The Role:
* Responsible for the full cycle of the Project from planning and inception to commissioning and handover.
* Work with the team to define the project scope.
* Lead and manage the Project Team
* Agree contract terms, costings and manage suppliers/sub contractors
* Sign Correspondence, ITP's, Checklists and documentation relevant to quality, safety and program
* Work on government and commercial sites
Experience:Previous experience in a Technician/Senior Technician role and has transitioned into a Project Manager in his career would be a bonus
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing electronic security projects, including installation, commissioning, and client handover.
* Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high client satisfaction standards.
* Familiarity with electronic security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarms) and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations and maintain professional relationships.
* Deep understanding of WHS, QMS, and EHS standards; ensures compliance with all Security policies and legislative requirements.
* Capable of planning and allocating resources (staff, subcontractors, equipment) effectively across multiple sites.
* Skilled in maintaining project documentation, including Safe Work Method Statements, risk assessments, and progress reports.
* Ability to identify risks and opportunities, resolve issues proactively, and adapt to changing project conditions.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and subcontractors, fostering a culture of accountability
