About You
We are looking for a Full time Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Westfield Doncaster and/or Emporium Melbourne.
The Role
* Support the Store Manager in achieving all business objectives and targets relevant to counter retail.
* Assisting the Store Manager in conducting monthly reviews to communicate objectives, set goals and measure progress in addition to daily feedback and monthly team meetings.
* Motivate and drive your team to achieve performance targets.
* Proactively manage poor performance, addressing attendance or conduct issues in line with business expectations, utilising the appropriate procedures and support.
* Assist in executing visual displays, merchandising, inventory stocktake, ringing sales, identifying potential loss prevention issues, following safety and emergency procedures, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
* Qualified Makeup Artist or relevant experience.
* Excellent customer service, communication, and organisation skills.
* Experience in managing a retail team.
* Excellent teamwork skills, the ability to collaborate and inspire.
* Ability to multi-task and build relationships.
* Open flexibility to work during peak times including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
