About This Opportunity
As a counter coverage specialist, you will deliver support through adaptability and a willingness to flex. You will work as a beauty advisor to support boutiques and counters across the Gold Coast, and potentially Brisbane.
* Conduct beauty consultations and makeovers for both existing and new walk-in clients utilizing your excellent knowledge of products.
* Act as an ambassador of fragrance and beauty products to onboard new clients to the brand.
* Uphold the exceptional in-store experience and image that is regarded worldwide.
* Collaborate with your team and other functions to ensure seamless operations and experiences.
Requirements
* Strong interpersonal skills - relationship building and client mindset.
* Knowledge of industry trends and confidence to speak about and apply a range of products.
* Impeccable grooming and personal presentation in line with guidelines.
* Flexibility and availability to work a varied roster in line with store trading hours, including regular late-night trading and weekends.
