About the Role
The Reservations Sales Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the Reservations team, including task assignment and rostering. This involves managing staff and developing their skills to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage the Reservations Sales Agents and Groups Reservations Coordinator
* Operationally support the Reservations team during peak call volumes and answer questions from team members
* Monitor average reservation handling times and coach team members to meet service targets and brand standards
* Ensure quality communication and support between internal stakeholders, such as Commercial Teams, Front Office, and Food & Beverage
* Complete and collate daily, weekly, and monthly reports with accuracy and in a timely manner
Requirements
* Tech-savviness: Knowledge of OPERA Cloud and Delphi is an advantage
* Leadership: Ability to manage staff and develop their skills
* Organisation: Highly organised and able to effectively prioritise tasks
* Communication: Projects a professional image through presentation and interpersonal skills
* Observation: Be observant with a perception for one's surroundings
* Energy: Display a high energy level
* Flexibility: Demonstrate versatility in responding to guest requests and situations
