Job Description
A skilled Mental Health Professional is required to join our multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality assessment, care coordination and intervention for adults experiencing mental health concerns.
* Provide comprehensive assessments to inform individualized care plans.
* Collaborate with consumers, families/carers, GPs, Community Managed Organisations and other service providers to ensure safe, effective, recovery-focused care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking a qualified professional with:
* A recognised tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, occupational therapy, dietetics or nursing.
* Registration (or eligibility) with the relevant board via AHPRA, or membership of the relevant association.
