Overview
We seek to appoint a Teacher of English, who will ensure continued success for our students, working as part of a team to ensure the highest standards of academic progress of all students. The role involves teaching KS3 and KS4 classes as part of a talented, motivated and supportive team. An Early Career Framework induction is available for ECTs taking their first steps into teaching.
Responsibilities
* Teach KS3 and KS4 English classes, planning and delivering high-quality lessons to ensure outstanding progress.
* Work as part of the English department to maintain and improve standards of attainment and progress for all students.
* Monitor and support student progress, assessment, and feedback in line with school and department policies.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop engaging and inclusive learning experiences for all pupils.
Qualifications
* Outstanding, committed teacher of English with a passion for student achievement.
* Applications welcome from teachers at any stage of their career; an induction will be provided for ECTs based on the Early Career Framework.
