Badgeman is looking for a versatile and flexible individual to join our production and retail team. This hands-on role involves operating machinery, assisting with design and printing tasks, and supporting daily retail operations to produce high-quality recognition products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate machinery for badge making, engraving, and laser printing
* Assemble trophies, plaques, and other recognition products
* Perform etching on a variety of materials, including metal, glass, and plastic
* Handle graphics tasks using design software such as CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator
* Assist the graphic artist and screen printer with production and design preparation
* Ensure quality control and close attention to detail on all finished products
* Perform general retail duties, including customer service, order handling, and maintaining a clean workspace
Requirements:
* Experience with engraving, badge making, laser printing, or similar equipment (preferred but not essential)
* Working knowledge of CorelDRAW and/or Adobe Illustrator
* Versatile, flexible, and willing to learn new skills
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good time management and organizational skills
