To attract high-quality and experienced accounting professionals, Kinsella is offering a sign-on bonus for the successful candidate who joins the firm through this advertised opportunity.
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
We value great talent. This role includes a $10,000 signing bonus, payable on your one-year anniversary — on top of your competitive salary package.
The sign-on bonus is subject to employment terms and will be payable in accordance with Kinsella's recruitment incentive policy.
91⁄2 Day Fortnight

What You'll Be Doing
* Preparing financial statements, income tax returns and BAS for companies, trusts and high net worth individuals
* Delivering proactive tax planning and structuring advice
* Supporting advisory engagements and client meetings
* Contributing to outsourced CFO engagements
* Mentoring junior team members (Senior level)
No two weeks look the same — and that's exactly how we like it.
About You
* 3+ years' experience in public practice through to experienced Senior Accountants
* Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance
* CA/CPA qualified or working towards
* Strong technical tax knowledge
* Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
