Administrative Assistant



We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled administrative assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our lawyers, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice management systems.




About the Role



* Draft, finalise and file court documents, client letters, and audit responses with precision;

* Take charge of document management — filing, formatting, labelling,

* Help drive smooth billing processes — prepare invoices,

* Run conflict checks, manage trust forms,

* Support lawyers with day‑to‑day admin from diary management and expense processing to setting up expert calls;

You'll have a high level of proficiency in MS Office suite & legal software application.






You Bring:

1. Intermediate to senior-level experience as a legal administrative assistant or in a similar role.
2. A highly responsive approach,
3. Maintain accuracy when recording information
in Legal Systems or other related applications; ----------------------------------- eventually initiate timely solutions/clarifications. >,
