Early Childhood Educator – Diploma
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be at the heart of our Children's Centre, creating an engaging and inclusive educational environment for our little learners in a fun-filled setting.
You will collaborate with a fantastic team to plan, implement, and assess exciting activities that help make a lasting impact on the children's educational journeys. Our Childcare Centres operate from 8:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, and we close for a refreshing break over Christmas, ensuring our team is ready for another exciting year of learning.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and Child Protection - Mandatory Reporting Framework. You will also require a Current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, and ACECQA-approved First Aid certification (including CPR, asthma, anaphylaxis, and diabetes management).

About the Role
* This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing early childhood education programs that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children aged 0-5 years.
* The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a team of educators to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that supports the unique needs of each child.
* Key responsibilities include designing and delivering lesson plans, observing and recording child progress, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
* Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute to the ongoing development of the centre by providing input on curriculum and program design, participating in professional development opportunities, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve centre goals.
What You'll Bring
* Diploma qualification recognised by Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA)
* Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and Child Protection - Mandatory Reporting Framework
