Waiters & Baristas – Part Time & Causal
About the Role
We're seeking experienced and enthusiastic Waiters and Baristas to join our Food & Beverage team.
You'll play a key role in delivering seamless, polished service across:
Breakfast buffet service – setup, guest service, and pack-down
Pool service – welcoming guests and serving food and beverages with friendliness and attention to detail
Barista service – preparing quality espresso-based coffee and other beverages with skill and speed
Event service – assisting with setup, service, and pack-down for private and corporate events
Whether you're starting out in hospitality or returning after some time away, we provide full training and a supportive environment to help you succeed.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering professional, attentive, and friendly service to guests
Preparing beverages to the highest standard (Baristas)
Maintaining clean, organised, and well-presented service areas
Communicating effectively with colleagues and kitchen teams
Upholding all health, hygiene, and safety standards
What We're Looking For
Must have RSA
Experience as a waiter/waitress or barista in a busy restaurant, hotel, or café is preferred, but training is provided for newcomers
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Excellent presentation, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
