Permanent Part-time role – minimum 20 hours per week

The Majestic Oasis Apartments is a 4-star property featuring 75 modern one and two bedroom self-contained studio apartments, overlooking the stunning foreshore of the Upper Spencer Gulf.
As a Guest Service Agent, you will play an important role as part of the Front Office team providing an exemplary service to our guest experience. The role involves all aspects of Front Office Reception, including providing professional, friendly and personalised customer experiences, responding to accommodation enquiries and general administration duties. Great attention to detail is required, especially around reservations, ensuring full and accurate data is captured. You will get the chance to take ownership of what you do and be surrounded by an experienced and motivated team.
Duties
* Provide an efficient and timely check in / out service
* Deliver concierge services as required
* Promote and sell Majestic Hotels & Apartments products
* Present rooms to potential customers
* Manage incoming calls with a professional approach
* Receive and conduct reservation enquiries efficiently
* Allocation of guest rooms on a daily basis
* Valet parking of guest vehicles
* Accurate processing of cash in line with policy and procedure
We are looking for someone who:
* Has a passion for customer service
* Excels at multi-tasking
* Approaches all tasks with a high attention to detail
* Is able to work autonomously
* Has proven experience in a similar role within a 4 environment (highly desirable)
* Has experience using Opera PMS or similar property management system (highly desirable)
* Is an enthusiastic, professional and effective communicator

This is a part-time position, working a minimum of 20 hours per week over a 7-day rotating roster.
