Job Description
We are seeking an experienced account manager to cover the southern suburbs of Sydney, southern NSW and ACT.
The ideal candidate will have strong sales techniques, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
They will be responsible for building and maintaining key relationships, increasing performance in their assigned territory, and providing high levels of customer service.
Key responsibilities include understanding customers' needs and requirements, conducting regular customer reviews, and delivering agreed outcomes within designated timelines.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring market activity, implementing sales strategies in line with market intel, and providing product training and support to our dealer network.
Requirements
* Mechanically-minded experience in the earthmoving related industry.
* Highly developed sales techniques or experience in a similar role/industry.
