Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant based in our Surry Hills office in NSW. The Executive Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of day-to-day tasks, including managing schedules, maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders, handling phone calls, organizing and maintaining documents, and providing administrative and clerical support to the executive team to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Skilled in clerical tasks and organizational activities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in standard office software and tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email correspondence
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is a plus
