We are looking for a motivated and customer‐focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service by offering friendly, knowledgeable support and guiding customers to the right products for their needs
* Contribute to achieving store sales goals and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
* Manage phone and counter enquiries with confidence, ensuring smooth and accurate sales processing
* Support the presentation of the store through effective merchandising, clear labelling, and maintaining an inviting retail environment
* Assist with day‐to‐day store operations, including general housekeeping and retail administration tasks
* Work collaboratively with the team to complete general warehouse duties, including stock handling and replenishment
Position Requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers and team members
* A background in spare parts, automotive, caravan, or hardware retail (highly desirable)
* Ability to learn product ranges quickly and provide informed recommendations
* Competent computer skills, including the ability to process sales and navigate retail systems
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
