The successful applicant will:Identifystrategies to promote and embed a learning culture thatsupports positive patient outcomes and delivery of a patientcentred service.Collaborate with theUnit Manager in the development and management of orientationand performance development programs to meet the education andtraining needs of nursing / midwifery staff within theunit.Collaborate with theUnit Manager to determine personal and professionalcompetencies integral to care delivery in the local unit andrequired of nursing / midwifery staff.Underthe direction of the Unit Manager, oversee all individual staffperformance appraisal and development activities within theunit.Thisposition also seeks professional guidance and professionalsupervision from the Nurse Director – Education.Our Valuesguide our work in every action, and that includes recruitmentand employment
