About the Role.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to do meaningful, rewarding work every day. You will:
* Deliver paediatric Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy services to children aged 0–18
* Plan and implement evidence-based, child-centred therapy programs
* Complete standardised and informal assessments
* Develop functional, individualised goals aligned with NDIS and family priorities
* Provide clear, supportive feedback and education to families
* Adapt therapy approaches based on engagement and progress
* Manage your caseload with full admin support
* Complete session notes, assessments, and reports in a timely manner
* Contribute to NDIS progress reports and recommendations
* Collaborate with other therapists and allied health assistants
* Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development

Qualifications & Requirements
Speech Pathologist
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
* Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership
Occupational Therapist
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Current AHPRA registration

* Valid Australian driver's licence
