This role involves collaborating with various departments to resolve issues efficiently. Ideal candidates have prior experience in managing large-scale teams within the housing sector. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the success of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive results-oriented performance improvement initiatives.
• Foster strong relationships with internal partners, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service Operations Teams, etc., driving alignment on key initiatives while promoting open communication channels across all levels of the organization.
