This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Assistant who is looking to grow their career in HR, working with a knowledgeable team to support the delivery of a broad range of HR solutions. In this role, you will gain experience working within the internal HR team, as well as providing support to our HR Consulting service.

About the role
In your role as an HR Assistant you will build upon the knowledge you've developed during your studies and previous professional experience (minimum 18 months) to provide valuable assistance in supporting Moore HR Partners to deliver high-quality outcomes for both our internal and external clients. This is a true Generalist position and your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

* Providing administrative and operational support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
* Supporting the onboarding process by preparing contracts, collating employee documentation, and ensuring smooth integration of new team members.
* Maintaining HR records and databases with accuracy, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures.
* Preparing HR correspondence, reports, and documentation for both internal stakeholders and clients.
* Assisting with the delivery of HR consulting services to external clients, including research, drafting policies, and contributing to HR projects.
* Coordinating training and development activities, including tracking participation and maintaining records.
* Supporting HR initiatives aimed at building employee engagement, wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture.
* Responding to employee and client enquiries with a professional and solutions-focused approach.

About you
You will be a motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about building a career in Human Resources. To succeed in this role, you will bring:

* A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
* A minimum of 18 months' experience in an HR or administration role, with a solid understanding of HR processes.
* Ideally, experience gained within a professional services or corporate environment.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with people at all levels.
* A high level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
* A collaborative and solutions-focused approach, with a genuine interest in supporting both colleagues and clients.
