We're looking for a Certificate III or Diploma-qualified Educator who is committed to creating high-quality learning experiences and building strong, collaborative relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

What You'll Bring:
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
* Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
* First Aid Certificate (including asthma & anaphylaxis training)
* Strong understanding of child development and learning milestones
* Ability to create and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate programs
* Great communication skills and a collaborative, flexible attitude
* Respect for children's rights, voices, and autonomy
Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience in a similar Educator or Assistant Educator role
* Familiarity with EYLF and NQS
* Confidence using digital tools for documentation and communication
