About the role
Opportunity to join team BJT Equip' as a Sales Manager/allocations. As a leading provider of industrial equipment, BJT Equip' is seeking an experienced sales professional to oversee and drive the sales management for the business. This full-time role is based on the Gold Coast, Queensland and will play a crucial part in the continued growth and success of the company.
What you'll be doing
* Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets
* Overseeing and managing a team of operators and drivers, providing support and mentorship to drive performance
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities
* Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions
* Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Support and over looking projects
* Representing the company at industry events and conferences
What we're looking for
* Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the industrial equipment or a similar sector
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
* Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
