In this particular role you will be supporting the State Manager WA in his sales - and operational duties, playing a vital role in assuring the success of our organisation in WA. You will provide regular support in all sales territories, where you will enjoy interacting with a great bunch of people. Occasional stays away from home will occur.
This role holds potential for a motivated individual to build their skills and step into a management position in the long run.

Responsibilities
* Service and develop major accounts, incl. product advice, quoting and monitoring availability
* Grow Perth retail store sales
* Partner with existing Sales Reps to identify new business opportunities and proactively win new customers
* Operations
* Support the State Manager with operational tasks, incl. warehouse supervision, inventory management, etc.
* Relief Work
* Perform all duties of sales roles, during planned or unplanned absences, in the full capacity of that role, for certain periods of time. This includes sales activities on our sales trucks as well as retail store, and sometimes assistance with light store duties.
* Training and Mentoring
* Train, supervise and mentor existing sales and warehouse staff.
What we are looking for
* Team Player
* Self-starter with hands-on attitude
* Advanced communication and relationship building skills
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Reasonable level of computer literacy, experience with ERP System "Pronto" would be an advantage
* Previous experience in a sales role
* Experience in the tyre or automotive industry
* Leadership potential
* Current MR truck license (or ability to obtain at our expense)
