The key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing the 7–10 Australian Curriculum with fidelity
* Providing strategic leadership in senior curriculum development
* Evaluating and supporting moderation cycles across faculties
* Analyzing student data to inform strategies for improved student outcomes
* Developing staff expertise in essential skills for classroom management and whole-of-college consistent practices through profiling protocols
* Visible leadership and capability development of staff through coaching processes
* Leading the implementation of college instructional moves supported through instructional rounds, learning walks, and lesson observations
